Tauranga Boys' College is naming their turf the "Gemming Turf", both in memory of Logan Gemming and also in recognition of Gill Gemming's many years of service to the TBC hockey community. The college has extended an invitation to the wider hockey community to come along to the opening on Saturday 14 September where there will be a ceremony, a game between TBC 1Xi and TBC Old Boys' selection team, followed by refreshments and a bbq.
