2024 Tauranga Hockey Association (Incorporated) Annual General Meeting
Tauranga Hockey Association Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday 10 April 2024 in the Pavilion at the Tauranga Hockey Centre at 7pm.
As per the constitution, the following items need to be submitted to the THA President by Friday 29 March 2024. These can be emailed to admin@tgahockey.co.nz or posted to The THA President, PO Box 4012, Mount Maunganui 3149:
- Notices of Resolutions (Remits)
- Items of General Business for discussion
- Nominations for:
- Life Members (click here for the nomination form)
- Honorary Members (click here for the nomination form)
- Board Members (click here for the nomination form)
- Division Chairpersons (Operations Committee) (click here for the nomination form)
As we draw closer to the meeting we will send out all the relevant documentation as per the constitution. Documents will also be added to the buttons below.
We’d appreciate it if all clubs and schools could send through the name of their delegate/s who will be attending the AGM to admin@tgahockey.co.nz, while all apologies can also be sent through to this address and these will be recorded on the night.
